SHIPPING POLICY

Hint & Tint Home Living Co., Ltd. coordinates specialized cross-border logistics to deliver our finished home furniture and interior products across select Asia-Pacific markets. All shipments are dispatched from our centralized fulfillment infrastructure under international Delivered At Place (DAP) terms, packaged strictly as finished consumer goods for personal household use only.

1.     Order Timelines & Delivery Phases

Every transaction is processed through two distinct operational phases:

(a)   Processing & Production Allocation: Orders are prepared and batched for dispatch within 3 business days. For designated Pre-orders, dispatch timelines adhere strictly to the specific production release schedules declared on the product page.

(b)   Transit Times: Estimated transit windows vary by destination market once dispatched from our fulfillment hub:

-    Hong Kong, Taiwan: 5 to 10 business days.

-    Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Japan: 7 to 14 business days.

2.     Logistics & Transport Methodologies

To preserve the structural integrity of your orders, cargo is routed via specialized international air freight or direct land freight corridors depending on the optimal regional network available at the time of dispatch. Final mile delivery to your residential address is executed strictly by premier regional logistics networks and established carrier partners (including SF Express, UPS, and certified regional courier systems).

3.     Destination Duties, Taxes, and Customs Mandates

All shipments are executed under DAP (Delivered At Place) frameworks. Hint & Tint Home Living Co., Ltd. handles outbound export clearance from the origin hub. The buyer maintains absolute legal and financial responsibility for all destination country import processes, localized customs clearance, and payment of regional Value-Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or customs duties levied by local border authorities.

Failure to clear local customs or cooperate with carrier verification requests within mandated statutory timeframes will result in the package being abandoned or destroyed locally by the carrier. In such events, eligibility for residual refunds is strictly governed by the parameters outlined in our Return Policy.

Shipping fees for larger, multi-unit, or heavier furniture products are calculated dynamically at checkout based on total volumetric cargo weight and specific destination market parameters.

All published shipping fees represent a subsidized portion of international cargo transport; the remainder of the logistical freight, export handling, and maritime/air transit insurance costs are absorbed entirely by Hint & Tint Home Living Co., Ltd. Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout cover transit to your destination address under DAP frameworks, but do not include local country import taxes, VAT, or carrier administrative customs clearance fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
